Jason was the first to great me at the dealership even though other sales reps watched me arrive and ignored me. After telling Jason exactly what I was interested in he immediately retrieved the vehicle a though other sales reps watched me arrive and ignored me. Our sales consultant Marvin Morris was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. In late May of 2013 I began to consider downsizing to a more economical vehicle. I no longer needed the seating capacity for which I bought the Highlander 16 months earlier. I called Marvin at the Sierra Toyota dealership and asked him to prepare a list of vehciles that met my needs. A few hours later I went to the dealership and Marvin showed me the vehicles that met the criteria I established during our earlier phone conversation. In addition to these vehicles he was prepared and flexible with other vehicles. Ultimately I did indeed purchase a vehicle that did not meet the initial criteria I had established.
