We were searching for a newer car that will be the car our daughter drives for her senior year. We had been searching for a couple weeks and decided to give Toyota a look. It was near closing time and I asked him if we could come look at it and take it for a drive. He was more than open to it, and welcomed us to come. We took the car for a test drive, and were very impressed with it, so we decided to buy it. The entire process was the BEST experience we have EVER had at a dealership. We have purchased cars in the past so this was not the first time, but it was by far the best time. We Also met Scott Allen during the deal, and he was also GREAT to deal with. From the moment I arrived on the lot at Sierra Toyota I was given first class service. Jason answered all my questions about the two cars I was considering. I took a test drive in both vehicles and Jason was given first class service. Jason answered all my questions about the two cars I was considering. They allowed me to take the car home to see how I felt it would fit into my garage as I only have a one car garage and need to fit my new car and motorcycle in the limited space. Scott Allen worked with me on the final purchase price of the vehicle and at all times was very courteous and upfront about the pricing of the car I was purchasing and offering me a fair trade in price for my old vehicle. When I went in to pick up my new vehicle it was clean, full of gas and ready to go. Jason spend about 45 minutes going over all the special features of my new vehicle. There are a lot of new electronic features I was not familiar with; he was very patient showing me how to use the new features and getting my cell phone synched to work before I left the lot. Both Scott and Jason were great to work with and left me with the departure note of "If I have any questions, just give them a call".
