As soon as I drove up to the dealership, I was greeted by Dave (I feel like we are on first name basis!), a salesman for Toyota. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (I purchased an FJ Cruiser) and even drove to my home to pick up my other car (traded two vehicles). Dave wasn't pushy or demanding. He worked within my limits. The process was seamless. I explained my terms, what car payment I wanted, etc. They met my requirements and I drove away that day! They even offered me a finance rate I couldn't refuse. Everyone, including the finance section, was very helpful. Because I didn't have time to stay there after the purchase, I was able to come back after the weekend and get the vehicle detailed as well. Best service! More

Jason was the first to great me at the dealership even though other sales reps watched me arrive and ignored me. After telling Jason exactly what I was interested in he immediately retrieved the vehicle a though other sales reps watched me arrive and ignored me. After telling Jason exactly what I was interested in he immediately retrieved the vehicle and parked it in the much cooler shade for my inspection. Jason was very accommodating to me even though I didn't seem like a dedicated buyer at first. Just goes to show you can't judge a book by it's cover. A couple hours later I drove away with a great deal. Kudos to Jason, you've earned my future business for several vehicles to come. More
