After buying a Toyota Siena in 2008, a Toyota Highlander and a Toyota Tacoma in 2012, all from Sierra Toyota I wouldn't consider buying another brand and certainly wouldn't consider another dealership. and a Toyota Tacoma in 2012, all from Sierra Toyota I wouldn't consider buying another brand and certainly wouldn't consider another dealership. For the Tacoma and Highlander buying experience in January 2013 we were lucky enough to work through the buying process in one day. Our sales consultant Marvin Morris was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. In late May of 2013 I began to consider downsizing to a more economical vehicle. I no longer needed the seating capacity for which I bought the Highlander 16 months earlier. I called Marvin at the Sierra Toyota dealership and asked him to prepare a list of vehciles that met my needs. A few hours later I went to the dealership and Marvin showed me the vehicles that met the criteria I established during our earlier phone conversation. In addition to these vehicles he was prepared and flexible with other vehicles. Ultimately I did indeed purchase a vehicle that did not meet the initial criteria I had established. We were searching for a newer car that will be the car our daughter drives for her senior year. We had been searching for a couple weeks and decided to give Toyota a look. We found a 2006 Chrysler 200 Touring with VERY low miles on the web site and liked how it looked. I called and spoke with Dave Bradley. It was near closing time and I asked him if we could come look at it and take it for a drive. He was more than open to it, and welcomed us to come. We took the car for a test drive, and were very impressed with it, so we decided to buy it. The entire process was the BEST experience we have EVER had at a dealership. We have purchased cars in the past so this was not the first time, but it was by far the best time. We Also met Scott Allen during the deal, and he was also GREAT to deal with. We will be doing business again for sure with Sierra Toyota after this great buying experience. There was absolutely NO pressure, and it was more like dealing with friends rather than sales people.
