Marvin had the patience of Jobe explaining the ins and outs of our new vehicle. He answered all our questions and explained how everything worked. The only recommendation I would make would be that Toyota make a DVD that would show how all the accessories and instruments work. I know they provide a manual but, for country boys like myself, seeing how things work make it a lot easier to learn. Also, having it to fall back on would be a great help. With all that Marvin had to explain there is no way to remember everything. I would gladly recommend to all my friends to try Sierra Toyota as a dealer to purchase from. More

Toyota name speaks for its self, however, when my wife Doran and I showed up and met Marvin; we were greeted with a very warming, inviting welcome to the dealership. My wife and I had already done our research on what vehicles we were interested in purchasing, plus a roundabout price we were expecting to pay. After talking with Marvin he agreed that we narrowed down two very good choices, (one being a competitor). I was a bit impressed that he at no time put down the competing vehicle. After high lighting some advantages of the Toyota Sienna, over a Kia Sedona, Marvin convinced us that the Sienna was our best way to go. More

Jason Seng help me back in 11-2012 with test drives with the 2012 RAV 4s & 2013 Venzas. Both cars had their positive qualities. On 2-21-2013, I was ready to purchase a new SUV and went back to Sierra Toyota to see Jason Seng again. Once again, I did two test drives and decided on the 2012 RAV4 V6. I have owned Toyotas for over 10 years. I own a 2003 Tundra 4 X 4 access cab, 2011 Prius 4, and now a 2012 RAV 4. I previously own a 2003 Matrix AWD which I traded in Spokane for the Prius. Overall my experience was great. Carlos was friendly and worked with me to get what I was looking for. He kind of read my mind, because I did not specify on any vehicle. Although Carlos made the wait less painfull, I think Sierra Toyota does need to work on processing time. I had gone to carmax a few days before and the process time took about an hour or less, where at Toyota it took about 3 hours. More
