Overall my experience was great. Carlos was friendly and worked with me to get what I was looking for. He kind of read my mind, because I did not specify on any vehicle. We were very happy and Thankful for Marvin, as for your service center and the fact our transmission went out on our 2007 at just 995miles over the 75,000 warranty and was Not covered and we were told it service center and the fact our transmission went out on our 2007 at just 995miles over the 75,000 warranty and was Not covered and we were told it would cost 6,000 for a new one.All of our services have been done by this dealership, and there was no warning nothing that would have indicated a problem with our transmission in fact it was just serviced at 75,000 miles. Everyone there said this shouldnt have happen, Yet it did. I feel Toyota does not stand behind there vehicles. Your probably thinking then why buy a new one from you.. Well we were stuck in a situation were we felt we had no choice as our 2007 wasnt moving anywhere. I would Never buy another Toyota, had you asked me a week ago I would have told you hands down in a heartbeat 1000 times yes I would have bought a Toyota I loved my mini van. This new minivan will be our last from Toyota we have 0 confidence even with it being brand new.This is why we were a easy sell on the 8yr warranty. We had the best car buying experience ever at Sierra Toyota. Our salesperson Marvin was very nice to deal with and also very knowledgeable, He worked hard to help us decide and find what WE were looki Toyota. When we picked up our new Tacoma he made a point of dedicating his time just to us. He took us on a tour of the dealership and introduced many of the hardworking and friendly employees in the service, shuttle, cashier, and parts departments. The entire dealership was sparkling clean and very well maintained. Our new truck was prepped perfectly and Marvin went to great lengths to explain how to operate everything and at no time did we feel rushed. Like any great business owner, Elsie was very visible on the salesroom floor seeing that the customers were well taken care of and shown that they were appreciated. Ross was very helpful in getting us what we wanted for our two trades and listened to our concerns. Brian made the paperwork process fast, did not pressure us to buy extras, and answered our questions in a satisfactory manner. There is no doubt in our minds that it was worth the drive from the Sahuarita/Green Valley area. We left a cell in our trade and Marvin shipped it back to us the next day.
