I decided to buy my new camry thru this dealership because of my past exerperience and wasn't disappointed. I was going to finance thru Capital One, but Skip and Brian offered me a much better deal at 0% financing. Skip also took his time explaining all the new features of my new car. Can't say enough good things about this dealership and will pass on my positive experience to anyone considering buying a vehicle. More

Jason Seng was absolutely awesome! He was very patient with my husband, trying to work out a deal. The manager was awesome as well. THIS IS A NO PRESSURE DEALERSHIP! We had to bring our two small children, and a passing salesman showed them where the books, coloring books and crayons, and games were to occupy their time. How cool is that? The cars all looked great, the inside and outside of the store was very clean. There was an "entertainment room" with a couch and tv for customers to wait in, whether they were there for sales or service. We feel like we got a GREAT price for what we got, and we will always go back there to shop (not like I'm letting this new one get away from me that fast), but we always have my husband's truck to trade in next when he's ready. :) If you want to buy a car, go here first. I'm sure any salesman will do, but Jason's the best. More
This is my second new car purchase from Sierra. I worked with Neta and Jason. Neta was tops from my first inquiry via the Internet, and Jason also assisted with explanations and information as I live out of with Neta and Jason. When I finally drove to Sierra Vista I found a beautiful new facility well organizes and clean. People were friendly and helped me find the people I wanted to see. The total experience was exceptional. I have a new SUV at a great price, I received a good price for my trade in, and I had a quick experience as I completed the transaction. Kudos to you all. More
Everyone we had the pleasure meeting in the dealership was very professional and friendly. Being a very informed consumer, I expected the sales people to try and "add on" extras, or give vague price numbe was very professional and friendly. Being a very informed consumer, I expected the sales people to try and "add on" extras, or give vague price numbers and try to talk us into something we didn't come there for or options we didn't want. This was far from the case, the people we encountered , mainly, Mark Weeks was exceptional. He did not try to mislead us, was very friendly and easy to work with. We had visited several other dealers in the area, and they tried to pull the wool over our eyes, and some even flat out lied to us about options and even prices. As I previously stated, I do a lot of research before making any big purchases, and I even had some loaded questions for Mark, which he handled perfectly. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will look to make all other purchases from this Toyota, whether I'm buying another truck or a car. Again, I really appreciated the no hassle approach, professionalism, and no games of the entire sales staff. We even met the owner, and she took time to talk with us. It may seem trivial to some, however little things like that mean a lot to me, and I'm sure to a lot of other people as well. We felt like part of the family, and I have already recommended Sierra Toyota to many friends and coworkers.
