I was in the market for a new Toyota. I had a Toyota Highlander and the Sierra Vista dealership has been servicing it for the past 6 1/2 years. I came in thinking I wanted a RAV4 but with a lot of explanation and shopping together my sales person, Jason Seng, we decided that another Highlander with a few more amenities was the right automobile for me. Jason was knowledgable about what each car had to offer, and didn't try to upsale me on anything. He gave me the facts while explaining the many differences. Once I had all the details, the decision was simple. Everyone I was in contact with were personable and pleasant. I couldn't have had a better experience.
