We love our Toyota Dealer! After several bad experiences with the other big Cardealer Lawley in Sierra Vista, we were looking for a more trustworthy place to go to buy our next van and wound up with Sierra with the other big Cardealer Lawley in Sierra Vista, we were looking for a more trustworthy place to go to buy our next van and wound up with Sierra Toyota, we bought a Sienna from them in 2008 and have been "hooked" ever since. Everyone is exceedingly friendly, knowledgable and helpful. When the car is serviced you get updates in between to know the status of your service. Jay Leonard has been my biggest Helper ever since 2008 at the Toyota Dealership, absolute outstanding costumer service, all smooth sailing- unless he is absolutely not available because he is not in house, he is the only Service representative I want. After he sold us our first new Toyota vehicle in 2008, and me raving to my husband for years about the great service, he was ready to join the Toyota family. Jay Leonard wasn't selling cars no more, we wanted to buy it from him- we wanted his opinion of who we could entrust with our next Buy. He recommended Carlos Flores, and so he sold my husband our second new Toyota Vehicle a Toyota Scion last year. We loved the experience and felt in trust worthy hands once again! In the last year alone two of my friends bought cars there too because I kept pointing over and over again how awesome the Service is. Well, this year my Toyota Sienna got in to his fourth year and even though we had no problems ever at all with it, we felt it was time to trade it back in and upgrade to the current Sienna LE 2012. So remembering the pleasant experience Carlos Flores gave us buying my husbands car last year, we once again came back to see him specifically and officially with in barely 4 years we just bought our 3rd new vehicle with them. I honestly can't ever see us go anywere else other than there. Brian Moldenauer was our financial person this time, he ran numbers over and over until we all got the numbers we were hoping to see for the Buy. To my bad luck though the Toyota Sienna LE wasn't anywere available in the Color I chose "South Pacific Perl" and so I had to wait 7 weeks for it to get here. we were willing to wait for that particular car for all this time if Toyota would uphold the Promotion we came for back then, as always Toyota came through and now I am one very happy Camper with one very beautiful van and an amazing color. Other than with your own eyes, it is next to impossible to exactly catch on camera what it looks like- you have to have seen it with your own eyes. Well, after so many words you get he drift- I love our Toyota Dealer. 5 Stars on everything that can be rated in my opinion. Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!! As a final note we want to mention what a nice suprise the Cookies were the Dealership sent us after buying the scion last year, what made us even happier was the fact that they were gluten free, our daughter is Celiac and HAS to life glutenfree- she is hoping for another tin of gf cookies- if it was up to her we'd have to buy a new car all of the time so she can get those delicious glutenfree cookies. haha! More

This was the best experience tha my wife and I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Marvin was very honest and helpful. The fact that the dealer did not have any "dealer add-ons" was great. What got the car with the options that we wanted at the price we wanted. The finance person did not try to pressure us into purchasing an extended warrantee. He presented the information and accepted our decision, no questions asked. I live in Tucson and this dealership is 55 miles from my house. There are two other Toyota dealerships that are closer to me, but the next time I want to buy a Toyota, I will make the drive to Sierra Toyota. More
I got what I ask for and am happy with the purchase of my 2012 RAV4 Limited. The individuals that I had work with anotated above were very responsive to my needs and request. Working with Pablo on this purchase was extremely relaxing and Ross kept me inform on when my vehicle was coming in and where the status of the building of this vehicle. I have purchase 11 vehicles including this one since 1991 and 7 of them were from Lawley here in Sierra Vista but there service started to go downhill and I want to be a Toyota client hopefull forever in the future. The only reason I did not give a 5 on quality of work was that prior to going to Tucson yesterday I check the air pressure in my tires and all of the read 37 PSI cold which they all should have read 32 PSI. 5 PSI over the recommended tire pressure was unacceptable to me. The other thing is that Elsie the owner could show a little more friendliness since I was their 5 times during the purchase process and not one time did she address me with a greeting or a Hi can I help you. More

He was very nice and plesent to talk with, and he proceeded to show us what we wanted to see. He did not push anything on us. We took a test drive and liked the RAV. A.J. showed us how we could get the car. As the paperwork was being completed A.J. brought my wife a bottle of water and later he got her a coke. We met with Scott Allen to complete the process and he was very courteous in the final paper signing. After A.J. helped us transfer everything form one vehicle to the other, A.J. took us to meet the President of the dealership Elsie Macmillan and she was vey courteous and nice to us. I will be looking for a newer work truck very soon and Sierra Toyota is where I will go. More
