Several apologized because Mark was busy with another customer. We said, no problem, because we were an hour early for our appointment. Even the owner (Elsie) came over to say hello and make sure we were being treated the way we thought we should (yes we were). Great prices, very good selection of vehicles. We had also dealt with Desert Toyota in Tucson - those extremely high-pressure folks. Even though I had bought my Tundra there in 2008, I would not go back there again. Our new Corolla is exactly what we were looking for and a bit more for the price we wanted (actually a bit less). Needless to say, Sierra Toyota will be my dealer of choice from this point forward. I would recommend Sierra Toyota to anyone desiring a new or used Toyota. They took the time to carefully explain everything and make sure we understood it all, and that we got the best deal possible (you can't get better than zero percent). Even though we had a pre-approved loan available, we ended up going to Toyota Financial, whom I have dealt with for years in a pleasurable relationship on my Tundra. That saved us over $4000 in interest charges for a small increase in monthly payments, plus the car will be paid off in 60 months instead of 72. When we were waiting on paperwork, Mark kept us entertained with stories and was just plain very friendly and personable. He was truly a joy to work with in our dealings. More
My wife came in for routine maintenance about three months ago on our 2002 Toyota Highlander. My wife explained to AJ that we are not in the market at this time but would like his business card and would make sure we asked for him when we are ready to purchase. AJ was upmost professional and supplied his business card and a copy of his dealer ratings. We looked at the website and came in to look at vehicles as part of our research before we purchase any big ticket item. We made sure we asked for AJ because we hold our promise. My wife had a new 2012 Highlander in mind. AJ showed us this vehicle in detail and explained every function it had. We took the Highlander out for a test drive and fell in love with it. We went back to his office and came to an excellent agreement. AJ did not pressure us and was working for us. AJ gave us the best deal in town! We will be buying another vehicle in another two years from Toyota thanks to AJ. More

One thing my husband and I always appreciate is when a salesperson isn't hard selling us, and we never have any conjunction about walking out the door if someone tries a hard sell. Onb the other hand we are always able to give good comments to anyone and everyone who we talk to. This is a plus considering that we don't get that kind of positive feeling with any other Sierra Vista or Tucson dealership. Have a great year Elsie and crew.
