He even pointed out the new features of the 2012 Sienna that I was not aware of even after reading the brochure and on line information about this model. Overall low key, low pressure, informative sales presentation. This was a nice change from several other dealerships, including the local Ford dealership where the salesman actually followed me all presentation. Financing was pre-approved through a Credit Union, so I did not have to negotiate rates with the dealer. The quality of the vehicle is top-notch and the dealer made this a painless experience.
