My 2012 Tacoma was ordered, I wanted a uncommon configuration, TRD off road 4x4 with a manual transmission in the color black. Not once was I told the truck could not be obtained, or was I persuaded to buy something else. Mr. Morris and Ross Leffelman said they would get it for me, and they did, the truck even came in a week early. I purchased a Prius Plug in from Skip Bayley. He gave me a great deal on a Prius Plug in when every other dealership in Arizona refused to negotiate. Skip and the team at Sierra also went out of their way to get me a great financing deal for my new car. Everything was done over the phone and email before my flight to Arizona. No surprises when I arrived. All I had to do is show up, sign the paperwork and drive off in my new Prius. Very convenient! Skip Bayley even went above and beyond by giving me a courtesy pick up at the Tuscan airport and drove me back to his dealership 80 miles away! Now that’s customer service! What a great experience!
