We never felt pressured or steered to a particular model or option level. They had the exact Sienna that we were looking for right down to the options and colors. Mr. Flores knew all the details about the Sienna and answered every question we had without hesitation. He even pointed out the new features of the 2012 Sienna that I was not aware of even after reading the brochure and on line information about this model. We would recommend Mr. Flores and Sierra Toyota to friends or family members. Overall low key, low pressure, informative sales presentation. This was a nice change from several other dealerships, including the local Ford dealership where the salesman actually followed me all presentation.
