Dead battery I brought in my 2009 Corolla because of a dead battery. I miss checked my files and thought it was a 6 year old battery. However, your service department showed a new one was installed by you in 2018 and therefore just charged it and sent me on my way at no charge!! thank heavens you keep more organized records than I do. Had to revisit due to error Took vehicle in for 10K service on Saturday. Monday I noticed that was dropping a lot of oil on driveway and work parking lot. Called Tuesday, and ret Took vehicle in for 10K service on Saturday. Monday I noticed that was dropping a lot of oil on driveway and work parking lot. Called Tuesday, and returned late Tuesday afternoon. Turns out oil filter not tightened. Pros - got me in same day. Wait wasn’t ridiculous, maybe an hour or less. Cons - this seemed like a big, potentially catastrophic error. What’s a new engine for a Tacoma cost? What if I hadn’t noticed? And no on apologized for the time or effort on my part. Not impressed.
