The service department at Silsbee Toyota is the best, most experienced consultants ever. I have always been treated like I am their only customer (and I know I am not). I drove in on a Thursday with th most experienced consultants ever. I have always been treated like I am their only customer (and I know I am not). I drove in on a Thursday with the rear window busted out of car(SUV). I ask them to please get me an estimated of damage I had done to my car. They call that same afternoon with the cost.
