I’ve had have The most horrible experience with this dealership. I’ve owned 3 different Mercedes models, 2 of them purchased at Smithtown and Massapequa MB USA branches which I have no complaints about. dealership. I’ve owned 3 different Mercedes models, 2 of them purchased at Smithtown and Massapequa MB USA branches which I have no complaints about. The last one ( where I got my Mercedes GLE 350) was the Silver Star MB LIC location which turned out to be an expensive mistake. 3months of waiting when picking up my car the price and even the “discount” was established. The total with the tax landed at about 63K with 15k down payment payment however then the salesperson talked me into leasing with no down payment needed and similar monthly payment to the one quoted for finance. Long story short after my lease was done I found out that the amount I thought was left to be paid for my car is not the actual balance (MSRP minus the paid off total) but a separate amount about 10k higher calculated by the dealership separately not based on any payments made. Instead of getting a discount I got ripped off. This was not explained to me clearly or at all for that matter. I feel taken advantage of and will never go back there again!!!! More
