He listened to a few of my needs and made some great recommendations. He worked with me to find my dream car without being pushy on closing the deal, so I felt free to take my time and really think about my choice. In the end, I walked out with the perfect car that I was looking for. Not to forget, the manager Christian Charvet, who was always available to speak on any concerns and making sure all of my questions were answered before I made the purchase. More

NO INTEGRITY STAY AWAY!!! Felt like I dealt with a bait and switch. I had a 3 hour drive to dealership so I spoke with them AT CLOSING time the night before and th STAY AWAY!!! I had a 3 hour drive to dealership so I spoke with them AT CLOSING time the night before and they assured me the great deal I saw on the web site was still for sale. Called the next morning while 1 hour into the drive, and GUESS WHAT. Yes, oh sorry that sold last night. My 1 and only experience with Silver Star was incompetence or slick dealing you decide. As per CARGURU they have had the SUV for sale 176 days, makes me wonder if the truck actually exists or not. More

We got the vehicle delivered out of town so we have been in touch by phone and email with Farzan and he did an amazing job. Always responsive, always returning calls, following up. He made us basically an offer "we could not refuse" and he followed though with it to the dime. We certainly hope that we can maintain such a relationship as it made for a stress free, perfect car buying experience. And the GLS... of course, the best 7 seater out there. I have written numerous complementary letters and reviews for the staff and the dealership. Recently I have experienced the best ever at Silver Star Dealership, from courtesy, providing facts and tremendous follow up to earn my trust and business. I was introduced to Mr. Christian Charvet for assisting me to make a decision of returning my lease and get a new lease or exercise my option to buy my current vehicle. I was promised that he will get back to me within a day or two. I have been trying to contact him numerous times and my attempts went to be ignored. That was very disappointing and upsetting. Finally, when I had the chance to speak to Mr. Christian Charvet it was a big misunderstanding and he apologize that I felt that way because my email messages went to his spam folder. From that point on, Mr. Christian Charvet continue to follow up with my request and provided me with all the facts that helped me to make my decision.
