Happy to be with Silver Star I was hesitant to leave Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn because my two year experience with them has been really great. Nonetheless I decided to follow o I was hesitant to leave Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn because my two year experience with them has been really great. Nonetheless I decided to follow our salesman Christian who left MB of B and is now with Silver Star. He found the car we wanted and handed us off to his associate, Kristen, who could not have been more attentive. Christian put us in our original ML350 and this was going to be our first time getting out of a lease and into a new one. I was a little concerned about how smooth the process would be and I have to say is was not really smooth. IT WAS TOTALLY SEAMLESS! I loved Kristen's attitude. She was persistent (all sales people are) but she was always respectful and never too pushy. She made us (especially my wife) feel so comfortable. There was no question we were going to get another Benz so it was really not about convincing us to buy one. We were really shopping for the right relationship and we had three dealerships we were considering. She made us want to buy from her. Sorry MB of B, you were great but this just felt right. I'm looking forward to coming in for service now. More
