I don't mind so much the 7 day appointment delay or the two hours I waited for my vehicle to be ready. What I do mind is having to pay for new windshield wipers that were barely a year old and were falling apart. I would think when you buy a top of the line vehicle for almost $80,000 Ram would be a little more concerned in providing the consumer with a little leeway in the warranty coverage.
