The worst customer service department My car has been there since June 20, 2016 I've called, talked to managers Zach and Brysn, promised phone calls back for an update but I get nothing.. Last two days I was promised a calI I still haven't got one. I do have corporate involved now this is absolutely ridiculous. Paying for a car to bff in service. My car is only 10 months old and has been in service not only the past 35 days but over 4 times for the same problems and other problems they love to tell you it's always a recall. To top it off I bought it from them too... They obviously don't care about their customers....... Big waste of time and money....... Very frustrated customer More
