Fabian provided excellent service from first point of contact on the phone to having my vehicle scheduled and in and out of service. He listened to all my concerns and took me seriously. So far I've had a horrible experience with Simi CJDR. I went in for a tailgate nationwide recall on my 2019 2500 that was purchased there. Kevin looked at the postcard, asked me "Does the tailgate open a I went in for a tailgate nationwide recall on my 2019 2500 that was purchased there. A nationwide recall and the Service Department is telling me that they won't do anything about it?!?! Reluctantly we brought in our 2020 Wrangler for a warranty issue and again spoke with Kevin. A 3 year old vehicle is having a defective paint issue where the body panels are corroding causing the paint to bubble. Kevin told me he didn't know what > wanted him to do about it and refused to even walk out the door to look at it. Corrosion is a very very well know issue with Jeeps affecting thousands of vehicles and they were acting like this was something never experienced before. One would expect some type of compassion when 2 different brand new Chrysler products are having issues. I felt like I was a burden to them. We're going to have to take our service needs to Shaver in the future. More
