I’ve never had a better experience than at Simi Valley Toyota. They made it extremely easy to have everything ready for me when I flew in from out of state. Shane has extraordinary communication skills an Toyota. They made it extremely easy to have everything ready for me when I flew in from out of state. Shane has extraordinary communication skills and answered every question and addressed every concern I had prior to flying in. They were easy to work with and had the best price on my car in the entire country which is a literal fact because I called every dealership in the area and across the US. They didn’t add ridiculous mark ups or adjustments either. Financing had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and did not pressure me into buying anything additional. If I could purchase every vehicle from here on out, I totally would and actually consider it. They are an excellent dealership to work with. More

Not thrilled.
