I brought my car in to drop it off for service the following day. Three guys were sitting there not helping anyone. Bought online late Saturday morning. When on a Saturday the wait for finance was taking time, he went direct and asked the finance manager Paul to take care of me as I had an appointment. Paul took over and was amazing and efficient. Great staff, great online portal the best I have seen in SoCal for Toyota. Hope to be a return customer in the future.
