Went for an oil change, place was clean and waiting area has great space. however, for an oil change it took 2.5 hours! It took too long but my service agent, Mark Platz was super friendly and nice. The sales rep said I needed all this work on my car prior to it being checked out. I went in for an oil change. My husband looked at the recommendations from the manufacturer. And none of the services were n to it being checked out. I went in for an oil change. My husband looked at the recommendations from the manufacturer. And none of the services were necessary, then they came up with even more costly services as from the multi inspection with even more costs I declined and took my car to tire sales shop, they ended up being a full service shop and checked everything. They said only a few needed to be done. Some deficiency’s were completely fabricated. They said my brakes were OK, but they ended up being dangerously needing replacement. More
