Service recommendations were unclear, estimate was handwritten and inaccurate, and price increased when we picked up the car. price for things like alignment and tire rotation were very high and expl handwritten and inaccurate, and price increased when we picked up the car. price for things like alignment and tire rotation were very high and explained by saying they include standard fluid checks, etc. however fluid/filter checks, etc were already being done as part of the oil change. worst experience I've had at this dealer, we won't be returning.
