I went in to get information returning a soon-to-be-ending leased car, not planning on actually doing anything about it quite yet. But I wound up leasing a new car, thanks in part to good but not pushy salesmanship by Joe Black, a good deal on the monthly rate, and an easy experience overall. I also wanted a couple of extra features on the new car that were taken care of by the service department within a day of my coming back to fulfill the requests. Thanks for all your help. More

My wife and I had a bad experience at this dealership. During every step of the sale, we were pressured. We originally came in to check out a car and get a price, that’s all. We made our intentions clear. During every step of the sale, we were pressured. We originally came in to check out a car and get a price, that’s all. We made our intentions clear. Normally we like to sleep on a big financial decision before committing, but the salesperson gave us an ultimatum, accept a deal now or receive a higher price later. Worse yet, we were told that we could change our mind and “return the car” (those words exactly). We tried to do this, with only one mile on the car and was told by management that we couldn’t do this… that only used cars have this option. Selling them the car at a huge loss was their only remedy… When we brought up the salesperson’s misleading tactics, we were gaslighted. Suddenly those words were never said… in front of management, it was our word versus their’s… it didn’t go in our favor… All I can do now is warn others. If you’re looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend Toyota of Glendale instead. We bought a car from them last year. They are honest people. In Glendale, my wife and I were treated with respect. It’s a long drive for us, but it’s well worth the effort. More

After the appointment I phoned or texted 2 times to find out which 2 services are still recommended. We did discuss those things before I left, but I only remembered one of them. Since I could not figure it out on my receipt, I needed to be reminded what they were. I got a return message from my service representative saying he was busy and would get back to me. He did not return either message. After the first time I did speak with someone else, who told me two things that hadn't been discussed while I was there. Sounded like he was just trying to sell me additional service. More
