I started the process via text while I was at work. We negotiated most of the stuff that way and when I got off work I visited the dealership to make the transaction. Ricky was awesome. Love, Love, Love Simi Valley Toyota & service Center! Their Service Center has even been willing to fit my car in if I need something done last minute.
