Was not a great experience. Went in for a service and my usual service advisor was not available. The advisor who helped me was nice but it felt like they were trying to upsell Went in for a service and my usual service advisor was not available. The advisor who helped me was nice but it felt like they were trying to upsell me on a bunch of services before my car was even in the service bay to get looked at. The advisor didn’t even check my service history until I brought it up and I still got sold a service that I found out later, I didn’t really need at the moment. Ended up spending over $1000 and don’t think I will be back to have them service my car again. More

Kevin in service was great to work with, the poor guy dealing with alllll the cars when you pull up was soooo buried but handled it like a champ.
