Steven Mozes is an asset to your dealership. He is professional, responsive and honest. I try to chat with Joe M every time I come in and it’s because of his true customer focus that I tried you all in the first place and have stayed with you since. Prior ownership was seriously bad. I’m on my 14th lifetime Toyota and just want to thank you for the great service and for caring what your customers think. :) More

Had a simple tire rotation service. Wheel lock key "went missing". Very dishonest service advisor. I still have one free Toyota Care service available to me, but after this experience, Wheel lock key "went missing". Very dishonest service advisor.
