We had such a terrible experience at the Glendale Toyota, and needed to purchase a car as soon as possible. As soon as I found that Simi Valley had the car we wanted, both my siblings and I drove out to Simi and needed to purchase a car as soon as possible. Bought online late Saturday morning. When on a Saturday the wait for finance was taking time, he went direct and asked the finance manager Paul to take care of me as I had an appointment. Paul took over and was amazing and efficient. I had been dealing with a bad infotainment system and it was ruining my experience with my RAV4 Prime. Manish spent a lot of time trying to get it fixed and finally replaced a key system.
