My sales person Isaac O'Farrill was outstanding! I have never had a sales person so knowledgeable about a vehicle! It was obvious that he did his homework and I appreciated his laid back and no pres I have never had a sales person so knowledgeable about a vehicle! It was obvious that he did his homework and I appreciated his laid back and no pressure demeanor. I have used their service department for another vehicle in the past, and I picked them to buy my next vehicle based on that great experience. There is another dealership closer to my home where I was not impressed with sales or service, so it was worth the drive to Simi Valley Toyota. I highly recommend this dealership! More
