Sales dept. was great. The Finance Dept. needs some work. When describing the warranty packages the finance associate must divulge in greater detail the terms an was great. The Finance Dept. needs some work. When describing the warranty packages the finance associate must divulge in greater detail the terms and conditions associated with the product being presented for sale. Had that level of details been forthcoming I would NOT have agreed to the Compass Extended Warranty Package. In order to consider my next purchase from this dealership there must some level of TRUST that my best interest is their main focus. That is not apparent to me. Getting the most $ seems to be the driving force. Please consider this opinion constructive. PS Please excuse the spelling errors. Thank You More

I spoke very clearly with regard to two issues to each employee I spoke with. The phone attendant did not notate my message correctly. The SA, service advisor, whom I refer to as the “sales associate”, wa employee I spoke with. The phone attendant did not notate my message correctly. The SA, service advisor, whom I refer to as the “sales associate”, was more concerned with selling me services that i had already taken care of after my full service 6 weeks ago, and less concerned about my reason for coming in. He did not listen clearly to my needs and request for services therefore he dis not communicate accurately to the mechanic. I didn't feel he was aa friendly as he could be. The mechanic seemed to do his best to address my concerns and shouldn't have has to apologize for the incompetence of the others who are making his job more difficult and taking my time. The mechanic acted professionally. I am considering going to a different dealership for my services next time. . I didn't give 2 stars because the mechanic was helpful and seemed to make serving the customer his priority. More

The Highlander has awd & snow gear, but rotors must not be beefy enough. More
Finally, Simi Valley Toyota, finally. I had been to this dealership quite a number of times with quite a number of negative experiences. In my very recent search for a reliable car for my I had been to this dealership quite a number of times with quite a number of negative experiences. In my very recent search for a reliable car for my mother, I had done extensive research on Honda Accords. We were actually about to purchase one across the street, but decided to get some lunch before the tedious process. On our way to the restaurant, mom said, “let’s quickly stop at Toyota, it’s right there.” Jake came out immediately and asked if we need help. I asked if he could quickly bring a Camery, and he gladly did. He also stated, right off the bat, how low his offer would be as to not waste either one of our times; a personality right up my alley. My mom fell in love with the sleek, sporty look. Mom took a quick test drive and we looked at one another in agreement. I told Jake, give it a wash and we’ll be back after lunch. I offered the $17 cash I had in my pocket as a deposit, but with a smile upon his face, he stated that he trusted me and that the car would be ready upon our return. As promised, it was. Within half an hour after we got back to the dealership, my mom drove home her brand new car. Doesn’t get easier than that. Keep up this momentum, Simi Valley Toyota. I’ll be back sometime this year to get my wife the same car at the same deal (hopefully). Go see Jake, folks. You could thank me later. More
