I had windshield replaced on Rav4. I told the advisor that I wanted my old windshield back. He said will delivered by Friday, 11/24/2023. Never happened. Tried calling...no answer from advisor....left voicemail and text messages. No replied. Looks like they going to resale my old windshield. Not happy with this service. I have a "special offer" discount from Toyota that was mailed to me. Advisor said I can't use this "special offer". What a gimmick....just a Big Lie from their coupon..."special offer" Don't fall for it guys. More

This is my local dealership and I was able to come to a fair price for my new vehicle. I had been to other dealerships in the area and felt I was being taken advantage of … not at Simi Toyota, we went fair price for my new vehicle.
