We were looking for a new car for my wife, and settled on a Venza. She's been driving a Ford Expedition for about 12 years, and we're getting old so she didn't want a sedan nor another large SUV. We visited a few dealerships and, frankly, received a slightly lower price than DCH Toyota of Simi Valley from the dealership in Thousand Oaks. But we selected Simi Valley because of two salespersons, Christian S. and Bill L. They were friendly, attentive and answered all our questions honestly. Moreover, they followed up on our request for a particular color and equipment option in a timely manner. (It wasn't in their inventory, so it had to come from another dealership.)
