I left the dealer at 11:45 PM on a Friday night and on Sat AM, Cesar picked me up from the car rental agency, Nick put my new floor mats in and got me a gift bag. Ceasar needed help with some of the paperwork and at least two other members of his team stepped in immediately to help him - all very pleasant.
