We just traded in our 2005 5 series BMW and "upgraded" to a new Toyota Forerunner. It was a great experience. We were greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable Dean Dixon who walked us around the dealership describing the vehicles that interested us. We even had to leave during the process for a previously set appointment and were not at all pressured with the ususal tactics to make us feel guilty for honoring our appointment.
