Upon getting out of our car we were greeted by Pedro. We knew what we wanted which was a Scion XB. We told him such and he went on to show us the different XBs that were available. Jon, my salesman was great. He asked what I was interested in and never tried to up-sell me or talk me into a more expensive car. There were no "games", he did everything he said he would.
