Ed Kirkpatrick was personable, professional and literally willing to go that extra mile to make the deal. My wife was downtown when the car came in, and Ed drove over the hill to the SFV to give me a ride back to 1st Street. Total time at the dealership to complete the paperwork was about 90 minutes. The experience in purchasing the new Tacoma for my daughter was exceptional.
