Robert offered me a coupon, making the price of my oil change more competitive. My service tech sent me a video of his inspection during the oil change and did an excellent job! Robert told me if I agreed to all repairs he could offer me a discount, but if I still couldn’t afford it he would help me with a plan to get everything done over time. Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous. I also felt confident that the work would be done well. This is all a tremendous improvement over the previous dealership, who eventually lost my business. I look forward to working with DHS in the future. More

Negotiation, contract, financial arrangements were all done online, with incredibly speedy, consistent, clear, and courteous text and email communications. Then Felix Valencia delivered the car and paperwork to my location about 30 miles away, picked up the check, offered orientation to the basics of the car/computer display, and caught an Uber back from Santa Clarita to Simi Valley. Best car buying experience I've ever had. More
