Terrible communication. First time I was here I was not taken seriously. They ignored me and once I approached someone they did not do anything but unlock the car door. I was with my friend at the time and they left my inquiry to speak with him about another car he was looking at. He even called them out for dismissing me, it was terrible. The only reason I returned is because they had a used car listed with the specs I was looking for. This time they did give me someone (Isaac). He was kind. But after I put a deposit down to hold it (since they still needed to put it through the whole process of checking it out still) I never got updates. I was told 5 different dates of when it would be ready but only received a new date after I had to pick up the phone and call them. They never called me with updates until I kept having to reach out. Very frustrating and even all my friends and family stated that this dealership has bad customer service. More

First spent 2,200 for the brakes and suspension but they didn’t notice a big leak that it had. Then took it back to get the leak taken care of they charged 5,800. When I do get my truck one of the wheel caps was missing, the fan was broken, the coolant overflow was left open and all the coolant came out. One bracket was not even bolted right. I go there for the warranty and for genuine parts and it comes back worse. Then one of the advisors got mad because I didn’t go back to him. Very bad experience. Manager said he would order the wheel cap but nothing yet. I don’t know what they did to it because after the first time that it went in for the brakes it started having issues. More
