Service was good. Advisor must be dyslexic being he had wrong milage for car on service record. Drop off was great but pickup time kept changing and was over 2 hours a Advisor must be dyslexic being he had wrong milage for car on service record. Drop off was great but pickup time kept changing and was over 2 hours after told car was ready. App said a certain time for pickup then when that time came it changed to 30 min later when that time came again it changedd again to later. Better if it is a realistic time and not phantom random times. More

Service recommendations were unclear, estimate was handwritten and inaccurate, and price increased when we picked up the car. price for things like alignment and tire rotation were very high and expl handwritten and inaccurate, and price increased when we picked up the car. price for things like alignment and tire rotation were very high and explained by saying they include standard fluid checks, etc. however fluid/filter checks, etc were already being done as part of the oil change. worst experience I've had at this dealer, we won't be returning. The car was done on time. More
