I despise going to car dealerships as my experiences in the past have not been pleasant. I only went to DCH Toyota in Simi Valley to test drive a car and then go through a broker to purchase a car since t the past have not been pleasant. I only went to DCH Toyota in Simi Valley to test drive a car and then go through a broker to purchase a car since there's no haggeling involved with a broker. When we walked into DCH Toyota Andres came over to greet us. We let him know what we were interested in doing and led us right to the car. He was incredibly gracious (as was his manager whom we later met) and professional. We left the dealership to test drive another call and surprisingly they let us go without being pressured into purchasing a car either by Andres or his manager. They just mentioned they'd hope we came back and would be available to answer any questions. Well we did go back to purchase the car and the entire process was incredibly smooth. It was the best experience I'd ever had at a dealership. From the sales person to the manager to the finance person in the end. They were all wonderful!! More

The sales manager even met me outside after the deal was completed and gave me a few complimentary mugs and congratulated me on the car.
