My five star review is for the professionalism and warmth from the staff. Rob was so personable and I trusted him to help me decide whether the services were essential. My air filter was absolutely disgusting with rat poop, and my husband and I were chuckling about how kindly and calmly the technician noted that there was “evidence of rodent activity.” So even though spending the 3K was a tough pill to swallow, I would still come back because of the staff. Good work, guys!! More

They do not advertise services that are not needed by my car at that point. I never liked it when certain dealerships push services that are not yet due so they can charge more.
