I felt people in your service department acting like Robot! Not human to human! Also waited for 50 minutes for shuttle give me a ride! I was receiving a text about every 5 mints, almost 12 text for nothing! The lady one was your ride is arrived and waiting for you when l already was in the shuttle for 5 minutes reaching dealership! I do not know about the service my car received since l trust they have done it and no way to check that part. Thank you More
1. Car had a filmy, sticky substance on drivers side paint and window which was difficult to remove. 2. Tire pressure was written as 35psi all around. My Toyota app says 32 front, 33 rear. Considering the low profile of the tires and the state of the surface of the LA freeway system, having such low psi is inviting rim and tire damage. 3. To get my Google maps syn to my car is an ordeal Everytime I can in the car. The dealer has no dedicated staff to train for this. I have no gps on my car screen more than a handful of time. I finally went and have dealer to look into it and this is the first model rav 4 offer wireless and maybe this is an issues! I can not load my gps map without going thru the Toyota app to register and register over and over again. I don't need my car to remote start my car and I don't need to know if my car doors are locked in my garage, but I Need the map on my car GPS every time I drive.!!?! How hard would this be!!!! I am stressed just thinking about it , yes, I got it working but it is a 2 min to 15 min ordeal Everytime I need my GPS!!! The worst app ever invented, it constantly asking if I want to pay a subscription on everything!!! No 8 don't want to pay more for basic technology!!! Load the map every time I get inside my car after I loaded my cell phone info to the car!?! I will tell all my friends, don't buy this till Toyota figured this one out, if I gave recommendations and all my people will listen, that is how my family ends up with 6 Suburau !!!! More
