It isn’t the dealership that I’m upset with, it’s the service advisor that I had. He had a list of things that needed to be done with my car before the mechanics even looked at it. My estimate was unusua service advisor that I had. He had a list of things that needed to be done with my car before the mechanics even looked at it. My estimate was unusually high. Then he quickly talked about a pre-paid plan that was going to cover 4 or 5 future services. I told him numerous times that I couldn’t spend much this month and when I asked him to remove the future service cost ($300), he said that it was too difficult due to it being a contract. Then he added that I needed a $950 suspension and tires. That’s where I stopped him. I will use the pre-paid services and then go back to my trust worthy mechanic for any future service needed. More
