Better service than expected. I had recently stopped by Toyota service to ask a question, and the answer included that I would have been charged $300 even if the car is new and un I had recently stopped by Toyota service to ask a question, and the answer included that I would have been charged $300 even if the car is new and under warrantee. Obviously, when Toyota reached out to offer a free service (first few are free apparently), I was shockingly pleased. The service didn't take long. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and professional. I just wish that young guy who gave me the wrong information initially was more aware of the policies of the company that he works for.
