Wow, it seems you have had quite the experience and I do apologize on behalf of the dealership as it seems that you have not been provided with the level of service that you would expect for a franchised Toyota Dealership. I have spent quite sometime analyzing the content of your comments and also spent some time with the staff involved with your experience.
