Shawn Leombruno made every effort to meet my needs. I was trading in a 2011 F150 and purchasing a 2013 F150 but needed a topper to match the new truck. He arranged a great trade for my old topper and when the new topper came in, took the new truck over to have it installed, all while I was on vacation. This morning I dropped the old topper off at the topper dealer, paid for the new one, and then took delivery at Sioux Falls Ford. I met Paul on the sales lot when he approached me and asked if he could be of assistance. He was not high pressure which I really appreciated. I was interested in a F-150 and he gave me some helpful information. Later my wife and I met with Paul and checked out various vehicles. We also drove a truck during which time Paul gave us a detailed review on the various features of the vehicle. We really appreciated Paul's personality and the fact that he never tried to influence our decision. He was extremely helpful in answering all our questions.
