Ford automobiles are amongst the finest vehicles on the roads today, and we are happy to share that experience with our valued customers. Donofrio Dealerships have been serving Salem and the Willamette Valley since 1962. Don Donofrio, started Don's Skyline Ford in 1962. Jim grew up around Skyline Ford since the beginning.
Jim Donofrio now runs Skyline Ford and the other Donofrio Dealerships, along with his son Brian (BJ) Donofrio (left). Jim and BJ have a great passion for automobiles and both have a great collection of Vintage Classic Cars, and Exotic Cars. Jim's daughter, Ali Donofrio, is heavily involved as the Office Manager of Skyline Ford, which is the backbone to keeping the dealership in order. This is a 3rd Generation Family run business, which is amazing within itself. There are many family members that are involved at different levels. There are many employees that have been with the Donofrio's for many years. A family dealership that has been in business this long depends on long-term relationships with customers, employees and friends.
Donofrio Dealerships include: Donofrio's Skyline Ford, Donofrio's Skyline Keizer Ford, Mercedes-Benz of Salem and Acura of Salem. Mercedes-Benz of Salem (formerly Valley Motor Company) is one of the oldest dealerships in the Willamette Valley which dates back the early 1920's and is still running strong thanks to the Donofrio Family. Interesting to note, Diane Donofrio's (Jim's wife) Grandfather originally started Valley Motor Company Ford in the 20's. Valley Motor Company was purchased by the Donofrio's in the late 1980's.

Jeremy's professionalism and thoroughness to make sure we got the exact car we wanted was terrific. Jeremy was patient while we were waiting to refinance our home for remodeling last year when we first met him and was not pressuring a sale until we were ready. Korey is the GO TO salesman for me now! korey is the MAN!!! customer is first to him! I am More then satisfied with my recent 2011 F350 lariat i purchased from Skyline Ford! small mishap wit korey is the MAN!!! customer is first to him! I am More then satisfied with my recent 2011 F350 lariat i purchased from Skyline Ford! small mishap with the sunroof but Korey Insured it was TAKEN CARE OF! with a BRAN NEW REPLACEMENT sunroof! with a 2 year warentee!!! he also provided me with a touch up pen and a Large JUG of DEF fluid!! and MADE sure my tank was full when i left the lot! Everyone i talked to was EXTREMELY polite and you can tell customers are number one to them! i am very wary of salesmen normally because my Bad experiences with LITHIA which dominates my area in medford... I will eventually buy a Bran new f350 and when i do it WILL be from KOREY at skyline Ford! i just cant stress enough how awesome he was and the level of customer service i got from everyone that works there!!! Every salesman should STRIVE and want to be like Korey Miller! 10 out of 10! More
