great customer service fair prices but bad trade in offers Jeff White the sales rep I went through had great customer service and I enjoyed very much going through him he's the first rep I've ever gone through Jeff White the sales rep I went through had great customer service and I enjoyed very much going through him he's the first rep I've ever gone through at a dealership that I trusted him with what he was saying felt he genuinely cared about what I had to say and how I felt about things and I didn't feel like I was being swindled. I got a fair price on my nice newer rig and have no complaints about the car. All that being said I felt like I was being low-balled by the boss that day making decisions on trade-in offers. My new rig I traded in was worth 26g on Kelley Blue Book and the manager wouldn't budge from 24g. My rig I traded in will be going for about 33-35g on the lot. I certainly should have been given more equity for my rig and if you're wanting to trade in your rig at this dealership it's something to think about you probably won't get your money's worth out of your rig because they will go for the low on Kelley Blue Book. If you're just looking to make a purchase though I would recommend this dealership and to go through Jeff white. More
