We actually were on our way to the Honda dealership when I pulled in and asked about a Hybrid that might be new but a demo. They found two and one was perfect. We purchased immediately. My first experience with Skyline was back in 2017, I walked in looking to trade my Focus in on something that provided more security for my work commu My first experience with Skyline was back in 2017, I walked in looking to trade my Focus in on something that provided more security for my work commute. I met Vee and she did everything possible to get me into a 2017 Escape. Fast forward to January 31st of 2020, while on my way home from work, driving in the fast lane of the highway and had to come to a stop for a couch blocking the lane. I stopped and the two cars in front of me stopped, the guy behind me still travelling at 60 MPH didn't stop, he hit me and totaled both of our vehicles. A couple of days later I looked online at what was available at Skyline and the next thing I knew Vee was sending me a text. She got some information from me and said the model I was interested in would be at the lot on Saturday for me to take a look at. That is when I met Jeff White, he was standing out front and greeted me when I arrived. Talking with Jeff was like talking to an old friend that I had known for years. He took the time to listen to me ramble about various things, my job etc., and he had relevant responses when I mentioned Gulfstream and Bombardier, most people don't know what those names even mean, but Jeff did. We had a lot of things in common from family situations to our birthdays being exactly one month apart, and yeah I am older. The most important thing that Jeff did was make me feel comfortable and he took the time to show me everything different between my 2017 Escape and the new 2020 version. The next thing I knew it was a done deal and my new car was being prepped for me. All together it only took about two hours to test drive, completed the paperwork and drive away in my new Escape. I will never go to another dealership when a place like Skyline has such outstanding people working for it. If Jeff hasn't been put in for employee of the month yet, I am nominating him right now. More

Beware of this Dealership this is the worst place I have ever taken my vehicle it’s been one fiasco after another I scheduled to have my brakes and 30,000 mile service done After sitting there for 3 hou ever taken my vehicle it’s been one fiasco after another I scheduled to have my brakes and 30,000 mile service done After sitting there for 3 hours I was informed they didn’t get to my brakes were not done and that it would have to wait until next service Less than 30 days later my brakes were metal to metal. Let me mention I drive a 2018 F 350 Platinum fully loaded that cost 115,000 dollars Was told that I would have to wait for a week to get scheduled to fix them This is my work truck that i use everyday so after getting them to finally realize that I couldn’t wait a week I was scheduled to go to there Kiaser location I was told to be there a 7 am At 845 I was approached by the Manager who informed me that I needed Brakes And that the service team just got in and they would be getting started on it Ok At this point I hav been sitting there almost 2 hours 3.5 hours later I finally get my truck back So now I take my truck in for my next service YOU CAN BET NOT YO THIS INCOMPETENT DEALERSHIP I took it to Vancouver fod only to find out that SKYLINE marked on my work ticket that they completed many items on the list and didn’t actually accomplish them At this point I am having that investigated since after taking to the Gm who is a real piece of work !!!!! I am under the impression that they do it to all of there service customers and this is normal practice Also I had 3safty recalls on my vehicle and they didn’t bother to even mention that to me If you have service done here check for safety recalls on your vehicle according to the GM THEY DONT LOOK THEM UP !!! So I asked him about the service papers I gave in my hand showing that they did the service when they did not and was told that OH !! We didn’t do the services. I said ok fine please call Vancouver Ford and let them know so I can get my service done he said I DOVV BIG T HAVE TIME HAVE THEM CALL SERVICE. WHUCH THEY DID AND THEY NEVER GOT A CALL BACK That’s another thing this location DOES NOT CALL YOU BACK NO MATTER HIW MANY TIMES YOU CALL the incompetence runs thru the whole dealership So I gave an honest review of how I was treated and the service manager calls me and attempt to bully me into changing it the surprises never stop So beware DO NOT TAKE UOUR VEHICLE HERE AND BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE LOCATIONS More
