I’m 57 years old and have purchased mostly new cars and this experience has been by far the most pleasant one by far. After searching the entire Portland area and found some desirable vehicles, I thought I would check Salem which is 40 miles away. When I called on Wednesday, Korey Miller answered and he was helpful and appeared honest. I knew the vehicle I wanted and asked if he could hold it until Saturday and said if I filled out the credit application on line he could hold the vehicle which he did. When I arrived on Saturday afternoon the truck was sitting out front washed, fueled and ready to go. From the then, working with Korey was like working with a friend. He of course has the interest of the dealer but also respected our needs and was never pushy on things we didn’t. We actually had some good laughs. Once the paperwork was complete he then spent at least an hour showing the operation of the electronics and vehicle operation. Finance guy Juan was very pleasant to work and respected our goals as well. Skyline Ford should be very fortunate to have Korey on their team. Totally worth the extra drive and will look first at Skyline Ford for our next vehicle. More

We went to the dealership and we were met by CJ. He showed us the vehicles in stock and answered more questions. We test drove one and knew it was what we wanted. CJ filled out all the paperwork and introduced us to Sage. He gave us a fair deal with all discount and rebates available. Since we were financing, he filled out more paperwork and worked to get us the best rate available. After all the paperwork was completed. Cj walked us through all the bells and whistles of the vehicle. He even set up the blue tooth for us. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. More
